Who is responsible for your information?

Matthew James Derbe, trading as Matty Derbe Driving, is responsible for the personal information submitted through this website. He provides manual driving tuition in Taunton and surrounding areas.

What information is collected?

The enquiry form asks for your name and phone number. You may also choose to provide an email address, postcode or area, driving experience, preferred times and a short message.

Why is it used?

The information is used to answer your enquiry, check whether Matty covers your area, discuss availability and arrange lessons if you decide to proceed. It is not sold or used for unrelated marketing.

How is it sent and protected?

The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Enquiries are checked by Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce automated spam, then sent privately to Matty. His private email address is not displayed on the website or included in its browser code.

How long is it kept?

Enquiry details should be kept only for as long as needed to respond and manage any resulting lessons, or longer where a legal or accounting requirement applies. Enquiries that do not lead to lessons should be deleted when they are no longer needed.

Who receives it?

Matty receives the enquiry. Cloudflare processes the website request, anti-spam check and email delivery on his behalf. Information is not intentionally shared with other organisations unless required by law or needed to provide an agreed service.

Your choices and rights

You may ask what personal information Matty holds about you, ask for inaccurate information to be corrected, or ask for information to be deleted where the law allows. You may also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
